About the Teacher/Welcome Msg
My name is Lisa Lloyd, and I am so excited to be your child's teacher
this year! This will be my 20th year to teach, and my 15th year to teach
special education. I attended Mississippi State University where I
obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Life Sciences. I then attended
the University of Mississippi and obtained a Master’s degree in
Curriculum and Instruction for Elementary Education.
I grew up in DeSoto County and graduated from Olive Branch High School. I am married to Jason Lloyd, and we have three children, a precious daughter-in-law, and a new grandson on the way! My oldest son, Tanner, and his wife Nicole live in Sarah, Mississippi. My daughter, Caley, will be a senior at Mississippi State this fall. My youngest son, Tate, is a sophomore at Hernando High School. I am looking forward to a wonderful year watching our students learn and grow!
